Fresh Fruit Salsa

This stuff is great! Definitely a great thing to eat if you’re in the mood for sweet instead of savory.

1 cup finely chopped watermelon

1 cup finely chopped strawberries

1 apple finely chopped

2 kiwis, finely chopped

1/2 cup raspberries

1 tablespoon citrus juice (Lemon, lime, orange, etc.)

2 tablespoons fruit preserves 

chili powder to taste (Trust me on this) 

Toss all the ingredients into a medium sized bowl and stir. To get everything finely chopped, I used a nut chopper. It may not be the nut choppers intended purpose, but it works, so who cares. Serve with Fresh Homemade Tortillas with cinnamon sugar and butter on them. And remember that eating the whole bowl by yourself may irritate your family.
